I have returned 3 items on the same day, after a week I couldn’t see any update in the tracking of the returns then I contacted the customer service they said I have to attach the invoices I got from the post office of the return as they don’t see any returns in process, whatever I did what they asked me for and finally I got a refund of ONLY 2 items but the third item I got nothing till now and AGAIN I CONTACTED the customer service and they just said to wait!!!! I have referred 4 active people to this website but I honestly regret it now and I regret every penny i spent on buying things for that website… please if anyone out here can give a piece of advice how sort this issue out anyhow I would be really so grateful. I have 3 orders which I placed a month ago and Morand I didn’t receive them until this moment, I have contacted the customer service but as everyone else says that they are so so useless, I even doubt now TL that they are really exist.
